Shipping Rates and Policies

Refine Wedding Dresses .com ships to almost all locations in North America (USA and Canada) and the best thing is all of our beautiful dresses are FREE in shipping.

All dresses will be securely shipped only via express method to minimize your waiting time with peace of mind. The majority of orders should arrive within 5-7 days. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your dress is shipped. Therefore, please make sure you provide us a valid email address. You can also check the status of your order anytime.

For wedding accessories, the shipping is free only if purchased with at least one dress. Otherwise, the shipping rate is calculated based on (1) the destination zip code, (2) the final weight of the order, and (3) the shipping method (via EMS, TNT, etc). When you submit your order, our system will automatically search the cheapest express company and calculated the final shipping fee for you. You can check the shipping charge before you authorize the payment. We use the most efficient and cost effective methods available to us. However, understandable if shipping costs us more, it will cost our customer more. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with every purchase they make from Refine Wedding Dresses .com. Consequently, if you are not satisfied, we will work with you until you are. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply. 

Custom Made Items:
All custom made dresses and personalized items are final sale, no returns and no exchanges. If we make a mistake on your dress (such as we made the wrong size or wrong color from what you provide to us), we will either re-make you a new one free of charge or give you all refunds, whichever you prefer. Therefore, it is important that you provide us the correct measurements and color. 

Non Custom Made Items:
Any non-custom made and non-personalized items (most likely are wedding accessories) are returnable. You can get a full refund within 7 days after you have received the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.  

All returns will require a Return Authorization. Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your order number and detail of the problem to obtain a Return Authorization. A 50% restocking fee will be applied if any item is returned without a Return Authorization.  

Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received along with the Return Authorization and the receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
